RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer who intend to return and exchange shall fulfil UV Protector’s Return and Exchange Policy(a) and do in accordance Return & Exchange Procedure(b). 

 

(a) Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange only applicable to item purchased that meets condition listed below:

  • Item to return and exchange must be unwashed, hanger card, any other accessories and receipt attached. Item would be inspected upon return for acceptance. 

  • Return and exchange only be accepted once, no cash refund applies. 

 

(b) Return & Exchange Procedure

Retail Stores Purchase

  • Customer walk-in to return and exchange within 14 days upon purchased receipt for acceptance. 

  • Customer intends for cross outlet exchange. Do contact customer service. Contact Us.

 

Online Stores Purchase ( Website & Shopee )

  • Customer send request to return and exchange within 14 days upon parcel received, according to courier shipment data for acceptance.

  • Do contact customer service. Contact Us.

 

Option 1 – Return & Exchange via Courier Service

  • Customer have to return item purchased on its own cost. 

  • Customer is required to add on an additional RM15 return shipping fees ( Peninsular Malaysia ). 

  • Customer have to contact customer service in prior returning item purchased in allowing admin to check stock availability and noted on the parcel returned.

  • Contact Us. Do provide customer service following details:

    • Order ID, Customer Name, Item Purchased, Item Intend to Exchange, Item Quantity, Courier Service & Tracking No. 

  • Exchange item would be ship out on next working day once item is received in good condition with return shipping fee payment paid.

Special Case: Refunds

  • Items that received more than 3 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items need to be returned in original condition for the refund request.
  • Refund will be issued via customer's original payment method.
